PHONE RECRUIT TO ON-LINE

    At FIELD FORCE we recognise the value of sourcing respondents for on-line studies that are fresh and ready to spontaneously respond to research questions.

    Cold call is clearly the answer but it must be done carefully to not only entice the target respondent to complete the task but also to achieve it in a cost effective manner.

    Our approach is to make contact via a telephone call, when we establish rapport with the potential respondent, and then screen them to determine their suitability for the on-line survey. On agreement we send to them the link for the survey and follow-up with reminder emails to maximise response rates.

    Targeting demographic respondents is challenging but representitiveness is achievable via sampling which can be random or geographically targeted, as appropriate, and this is our speciality!

    A telephone call centre recruitment is the only effective and controlled environment. Our CATI call centres are supervised and quotas are monitored so not to waste the recruited respondents.

    Highly trained recruiters administer the screening scripts which not only assures that we recruit the right person but we also gather vital information from those who do not qualify for the on-line study.

    Co-operation rates are maximised to convert upward of 20% of those cold call recruited to complete the on-line survey. At time of initial contact we carefully and honestly explain the on-line task and then follow-up with reminder emails.

    Client List recruitment is a different ball game which requires an even more sensitive approach as we are dealing with the end client's most vital resource - their customers. We are very aware of this responsibility and our staff are trained to handle with kid-gloves these important people.
