WHAT DISTINGUISHES RECRUIT FORCE?

Qualitative recruiting has been by and large in Australia only been done by use of in-home recruiters who build up a list of people interested in attending focus group discussions. Recruitment from client supplied lists has been resisted by in-home recruiters due to the difficulty of "cold calling"

  • Careful selection of interviewers who have strong interviewing skills and easily establish rapport. This will minimise the drop-out factor of non-attendees at the group.
